The Eaton Experience
I'LL BE YOUR PERSONAL GUIDE
I am committed to creating a relaxed and fun experience for you and your family from start to finish. Together, we will combine your vision for your session with my expert location knowledge of the area. You will receive access to online personal styling and a comprehensive prep guide that will help you to feel confident and ready for your session.

I choreograph each session, directing poses that make you look your best and documenting your interactions with each other. I communicate with you every step of the way and aim to answer all of your questions before you even have them.

Once we find a date that works for both of us, I'll send you a contract and invoice for your session fee. Your session date and time are secured once the contract is signed and the session fee is paid. We'll plan your artwork at your planning meeting (next step!).

You got this!!! But if you stuck, please feel free to ask me any questions at all. The more you share the better, so at the end of your session you will have beautiful gallery that you can share and cherish for generations.
Keeping In Touch

I often do a mix of posed family images where everyone is smiling and looking at the camera as well as focusing on the interactions and relationships of the parents and children. You can have fun, tickle, play, children get thrown in the air and twirled around. I always try to get a range of expressions from the children, so we don’t have to get a smile for each image (and there’s less pressure by not hearing “smile!” the whole session) – serious and goofy looks are good too! I do various groupings, so each child by themselves, each child with each parent, each parent with both children, and the family as a whole.
Your Portrait Session

We're done with the session...YAY! You can expect your images delivered in an online gallery within three weeks of our session!
Once you have the images, they are yours to download! I will also help you with any print, artwork or album orders that you would like to have for heirlooms or gifts. The best part is getting the photos printed to enjoy them forever!

The Investment Details
We are absolutely blown away with how amazing our wedding photos came out! Steve captured our special day just the way we wanted, with his artistic flare shining through in so many creative shots. We are generally not "in front of the camera" people, but he made us feel completely comfortable and it just added to the fun of the day. You are making a mistake if you’re not hiring Steve! Seriously, the photos speak for themselves. I’ve had so many compliments on our wedding photos, and I dreaded that part of getting married as I’m not particularly photogenic. Not to mention he handled a huge bridal party and family photos with grace and patience. I cannot recommend Steve enough- I would hire him again and again.

I can’t even begin to describe how excited I am with the photos that Steve took of my family and I. Not only was he professional, incredibly helpful with ideas of positioning, places to go, things to do for perfect moments to capture, but the photos themselves left me in tears. I’m not sure how he did it. I often make very awkward faces in photos, yet Steve was able to capture the most remarkable moments between my family and I, and it feels like he truly captured all of our beauty. Additionally, the artistic flare that he brings to his session was really remarkable. We now have a family photo session that will be unlike anyone else’s.
